What Credit Cards do you accept?

We can accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover/Novus and American Express cards, processed by Paypal. If you have a paypal account, you may also pay directly from your linked checking or savings account.

What is an eCheck?

An eCheck is an electronic funds transfer on Paypal that withdraws money directly from your bank account. It's just like writing a check, only it is done electronically. When you send money with an eCheck from a U.S. bank account, the transaction is held as pending for 3-4 business days, until the electronic funds transfer clears your bank

 

Can I pay by check or money order?

Yes. Add the items you wish to purchase to your shopping cart. and then print out the page. Then either call or email us with the list of items you wish to purchase, and we will confirm your final order price and begin assembling your order. You can then mail your payment along with the print out of your cart, and your order will be shipped once your payment is received and clears. If time is of the essence, we recommend you can make an "eCheck" payment through Paypal.

 

Can I cancel my order?

If you change your mind after ordering, please call us, and provided that the item has not yet been shipped you will receive a full refund. If the item has already shipped, you will receive a refund minus the shipping costs both ways and any associated restocking fees. Special orders, Sale items, and Layaways are not returnable.

 

Can I return an item that is damaged or defective?

If your item arrived damaged, you must call or email us within two days of receipt to gain insured compensation. Save the original packaging and also call UPS at 1-800-PICKUPS. If the item was damaged in transit, a claim cannot be made by us. Only the receiver can file a claim with UPS.

 

How long will it take to receive my order?

The standard shipping time for UPS Ground shipments is 5-10 days, after a 1-2 day processing period.If you need it sooner, we can also ship UPS: Next Day or UPS: Two day upon request (additional shipping costs apply).

 

How much is shipping?

Shipping charges are determined by the total order amount before tax (if applicable). Any order of $100 or less will be charged a flat rate of $7.50 for UPS Ground delivery. All orders of $100 or more ship free within the United States. If you need faster delivery, please call or email us for pricing

 

Can you ship to a PO Box?

UPS cannot ship to PO Boxes. A valid street address is required for delivery.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Please call or email us with a list of the items you wish to purchase and your shipping address and we will determine the shipping costs and other fees (such as customs or import duties). You will then be able to place your order if the terms are agreeable.

 

Do you have a Newsletter?

Yes. You can subscribe to UGN (Unique Gifts News) here. You'll get our bimonthly newsletter delivered straight to you inbox, and you'll also receive exciting news about new releases and events related to the product lines you choose.

 

How can I make a special order?

We welcome special orders and will do our best to get the items you want for you. Please call or email us and we will be able to give you more information on the availability of your desired pieces.

 

Do you have a Layaway or Flexpay program?

Yes. The Unique Gift Flexpay Program is offered as a courtesy to our customers. Orders of $300 or greater qualify for this program. A 50% deposit is required at the time of your order, with 25% due after 30 days and the remaining 25% (plus any other fees, such as tax) due 60 days after the original sale. Reminders will be sent to you before each payment is due. Longer layaways can sometimes be aranged, please call or email us for details.

You may cancel your layaway at any time prior to it being paid in full, and your balance minus a 20% restocking fee will be refunded to you. Should you miss a payment, Unique Gifts reserves the right to cancel your layaway and refund your balance, minus the 20% restocking fee. Do not rely on reminders from us; it is your responsibility to pay on time.
